Payment Methods

Budbath currently accepts PayPal as the available payment method at checkout.

Completing a purchase through PayPal is designed to be a straightforward process.

1. Add your desired products to your shopping cart.
2. Proceed to the checkout page and review your order details.
3. Select PayPal as your available payment method.
4. Continue to PayPal when prompted.
5. Sign in to your PayPal account or use the payment options made available by PayPal.
6. Review the transaction amount and applicable order information.
7. Authorize the payment through PayPal.
8. Return to the Budbath checkout process and wait for your order confirmation.

Please make sure that the shipping information shown during checkout is accurate before completing your purchase.

When you submit an order using PayPal, the payment may need to be authorized before the order can proceed through fulfillment.

Payment authorization confirms that the transaction can be processed through the selected payment method. A payment may be declined, delayed, placed under review, or otherwise not completed for reasons determined by PayPal or the applicable financial institution.

Budbath does not control PayPal's authorization decisions, security checks, account restrictions, or payment verification procedures.

Payment transactions are handled through PayPal's payment infrastructure. When you are redirected to PayPal, your payment information is processed according to PayPal's own security systems and privacy practices.

Budbath does not request that customers send payment card numbers, PayPal passwords, security codes, or other sensitive payment credentials through email, text messages, or customer support messages.

Before completing payment, please review the order summary displayed at checkout. The amount presented may include the product price, applicable shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, and any other charges clearly displayed before the transaction is submitted.

Budbath's standard shipping charge is a flat rate of $6.99, unless another shipping offer or adjustment is specifically displayed at checkout.

Once the payment is successfully authorized and the order is confirmed, the order will proceed according to our normal processing and shipping procedures.

If PayPal is unable to authorize your payment, your order may not be successfully completed.

Common reasons for an unsuccessful payment may include:

• Insufficient available funds.
• An issue with the selected funding source.
• Incorrect or incomplete payment information.
• PayPal account restrictions.
• Security or fraud-prevention checks.
• Temporary payment service interruptions.
• Other issues determined by PayPal or your financial institution.

If your payment does not complete, please review the information provided by PayPal and follow any available instructions. You may also contact PayPal directly for assistance with account-specific payment issues.

In some situations, a PayPal transaction may appear as pending rather than immediately completed.

A pending status does not necessarily mean that your order has been fully paid and confirmed. Budbath may need to wait for the applicable payment status to be confirmed before completing order fulfillment.

If a payment remains pending, we recommend checking your PayPal account for additional information. You may also contact our support team with your order number so that we can review the order status available to us.

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, please do not immediately submit another payment.

First, review your PayPal transaction history and your Budbath order confirmation. If you believe a duplicate transaction has occurred, contact us with the relevant order information so we can investigate.

Please note that a temporary authorization or pending transaction may appear differently from a completed charge. Your payment provider may be able to provide additional information about the status of a transaction.

After your order has been successfully submitted and payment has been appropriately authorized, Budbath will provide an order confirmation through the contact information supplied during checkout.

If you do not receive an expected confirmation, please check your email's spam, junk, promotions, or other filtered folders before contacting us.

When contacting customer support, please provide the name and email address used during checkout and, if available, your order number.

When a refund is approved, Budbath generally processes the refund through the original payment method associated with the transaction.

For eligible returns, Budbath provides a 60-day return window. Approved refunds are processed within 12 days after the applicable return has been reviewed, and eligible returns are not subject to return or restocking fees.

Once Budbath initiates a refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your PayPal account may depend on PayPal and the applicable financial institution.

If you use PayPal to complete a purchase, PayPal may process account and payment information according to its own policies and terms.

Budbath does not control the information PayPal collects directly through its payment platform. For questions regarding your PayPal account, payment credentials, account security, or PayPal-specific transaction information, please contact PayPal directly.

Customers should keep their PayPal login information secure and should never share account passwords with Budbath or any other party.

If you request an order cancellation, Budbath will first determine whether the order can still be canceled based on its current fulfillment status.

If cancellation is successfully completed and payment has already been processed, the applicable refund will be initiated. If the order has already shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may need to be handled through the applicable return process.

Budbath currently charges a flat shipping rate of $6.99 for applicable orders.
